Service Description
Small Group Sessions create a shared space for spiritual encouragement, emotional support, and creative reflection among 2–5 participants. These sessions are designed to foster connection, conversation, and healing in a safe, faith-centered environment. Whether you’re navigating similar life transitions, engaging in a themed focus (like identity, grief, or purpose), or simply seeking renewal alongside others, small group sessions offer the opportunity to grow together while still honoring each individual’s journey. A small group fee of $50 is added to the base individual rate of $40 for a total of $90 for the group of 2-5 individuals. An additional supply fee applies at $10 per individual.
Cancellation Policy
We are honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey. To ensure a smooth, meaningful experience for all participants, please review the following booking guidelines: ⸻ 📋 Scheduling and Confirmation • All sessions must be booked in advance and confirmed via phone, email, or our online scheduling system. • Field-based session locations are selected at the time of booking. • In the event of inclement weather, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost. ⸻ 💳 Payment and Supplies Fee • The Base Service Fee covers an individual one-on-one session (plus a $10 supplies fee if creative materials are used). • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Venmo, PayPal, or Invoice. ⸻ 👥 Group Session Rates and Additional Participant Fees • Small group sessions (2–5 participants) and larger group sessions (6–15 participants) are available. • Base Group Fee covers a set number of participants depending on the session size booked. • Additional Participants: If your group exceeds the included number of participants, an Additional Person Fee will apply per extra participant. This fee covers added materials, preparation time, facilitation needs, and personalized session flow. • When booking, you will be asked to confirm the number of participants expected and select any additional participant options needed. ⸻ 🔄 Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee unless due to emergency or inclement weather. ⸻ 🌿 Additional Notes • Cre8vSquare sessions are faith-based, pastoral, and ministerial in nature; they are not covered by insurance. • Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for outdoor sessions and bring water, sunscreen, or other personal items for comfort.
