Our Story

 

This story is not clean or cute. It’s fire-birthed and blood-soaked. It began with the murder of my first husband while we were ministering to homeless teens and the loss of Jerry's brother to a ar fire when Jerry was just 17. It continued through years of silencing, survival, trauma, and trying to play it safe. But God never called us to safe. He called us to dangerous obedience.

 

 

The Closet Door

 

There’s a door we used to hide behind—literally. It became the place of encounter. A sanctuary of wrestling. The place we broke and the place He spoke. What was once a trauma response became a training ground. That closet became our altar.

 

 

From Pain to Prophetic Purpose

 

From widowhood to betrayal… from silence to voice… from caves of silence to open spaces, God began rebuilding us from the inside out. He didn’t rebuild us for comfort. He rebuilt us for commission. Not to manage programs, but to carry presence. Not to follow man’s systems, but to build Heaven’s blueprints.

Cre8vLife was born from this place. Not to be another curriculum company or ministry brand—but to raise up reformers who live creative, strategic, prophetic lives… and who aren’t afraid of the fire.

 

Every track we offer. Every painting released. Every youth discipled. Every Healing School session. It all traces back to that encounter with God behind a closet door—and the decision to never walk out the same.
