A Place to Begin,
With Someone Who Will Walk With You

I offer faith-integrated life work for individuals, teens, and families seeking healing, clarity, and steady growth.

My work brings together clinical training, spiritual formation, and practical guidance—creating a space where people can be honest about their lives and begin moving forward with intention. This is not about quick answers or surface-level change. It is about real healing that holds over time.

How I Work

I don’t believe in rushing people through their story or forcing outcomes.

Each session is a conversation—grounded, honest, and paced in a way that allows for clarity to emerge. We pay attention to what has shaped your patterns, where things feel stuck, and what it will take to move forward in a healthier way.

You won’t be talked at or managed from a distance. You will be met with presence, thoughtful questions, and practical guidance that helps you make sense of your experiences and respond differently over time.

This work is steady. It is intentional. And it is built to last.

Background & Training

Doctoral Training

I hold doctoral-level training in faith-integrated clinical counseling and have experience in community mental health, working with individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges.

NCCA Certified

Ordained

I am also ordained and trained in clinical pastoral counseling, which allows me to integrate Christian faith with sound counseling principles in a way that is both grounded and applicable to everyday life.

Professional & Personal

My approach is shaped by both professional training and lived understanding—holding space for the complexity of people’s stories while helping them move toward clarity and stability.

Why It Matters

This work is shaped by lived understanding and real experience.

I understand what it means to walk through loss, to rebuild, and to navigate the long process of healing over time. That perspective shapes how I sit with people—not from a distance, but with an awareness that growth is often layered, personal, and rarely linear.

Because of that, I don’t approach people as problems to solve, but as individuals to walk with—carefully, honestly, and without unnecessary pressure.

Areas of Focus

We work with individuals, children, youth, and families navigating a range of challenges, including:

    •    Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm

    •    Identity, self-worth, and life direction

    •    Trauma and past experiences

    •    Relationship challenges (family, marriage, personal)

    •    Life transitions and decision-making

    •    Spiritual questions, faith struggles, or disconnection

    •    Personal growth and leadership development

If you’re unsure whether this is the right fit, that’s okay. The first conversation is simply a place to begin.

Next Step

If you’re looking for a place to begin, the next step is simple.
