How this course is designed
Healing School is a four-month formation journey centered on consecration, restoration, governance, and integration. Each phase is anchored in a Mini Codex Brief—short, focused teachings designed to support healing without overwhelm. Throughout the entire journey, a secondary framework—Codex Partus—is gently interwoven as a lens for formation and emergence.
January -
Consecrate
Mini Codex Brief:
Codex Oblatus
Offering, surrender, and rightly ordered devotion
Focus of the Month
-
Establishing safety and pace
-
Healing without striving or self-correction
-
Releasing false responsibility
-
Reordering attention and devotion
Codex Oblatus grounds participants in the posture of offering—not performance, not self-sacrifice, but right alignment of the heart.
Codex Partus (woven here):
Formation does not have to be forced. What is offered must be allowed to unfold.
Outcome:
Participants feel grounded, calmer, and more internally settled.
February -
Restore
Mini Codex Brief:
Codex Anima
Healing the divided soul
Focus of the Month
-
Naming loss without collapse
-
Addressing fragmentation, fatigue, and emotional overload
-
Identity repair
-
Nervous system regulation and steadiness
Codex Anima focuses on restoring wholeness of the inner life—where people have learned to split, suppress, or over-function in order to survive.
Codex Partus (woven here):
Restoration is not excavation. Healing matures through gentleness and time.
Outcome:
Participants experience relief, emotional cohesion, and renewed self-trust.
March -
Govern
Mini Codex Brief:
Codex Auctoritas
Living from rightful authority, not control
Focus of the Month
-
Stewardship of emotional and spiritual energy
-
Boundaries without guilt
-
Discernment in relationships
-
Authority that is calm, clear, and non-reactive
This phase teaches participants how to live healed, not continually revisit wounds.
Codex Partus (woven here):
Not everything is ready to be carried yet. Authority grows as formation stabilizes.
Outcome:
Participants gain confidence, discernment, and sustainable rhythms.
April -
Integrate
Living from what has formed
Focus of the Month
-
Clarifying current season and assignment
-
Sustainable obedience
-
Integration of healing into daily life
-
Preparing for continuity beyond the pilot
This month is intentionally lighter and forward-facing.
Codex Partus comes forward here—not as urgency, but as trust in what has been formed and what will continue to mature.
Outcome:
Participants leave with clarity, peace, and a livable path forward.
